A skilled strategist, coach, and facilitator, Laura works with clients to understand the landscape, align leaders and teams around a vision, build staff capacity, amplify fundraising, and communicate with impact. Laura believes that a good strategy is key, but a healthy culture is essential—and a great culture begins with mindful leaders who know how to be the change they wish to see in their organizations and in the world. 

Adept at partnering with trustees, leadership, and staff at nonprofits of all sizes, Laura brings a warm, collaborative, results-oriented approach informed by 25+ years advising museums, foundations, and community-based organizations nationwide.

Prior to founding LB Consulting, Laura was Vice President of Resnicow and Associates in New York, and served as Director of Communications for Silicon Valley Community Foundation. A native of Los Angeles, Laura is an avid traveler, art lover, and passionate advocate for progressive causes. She resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
